Warranty Statement

Endolite components are warranted against defective design, material or manufacture for a
period of 24 months from initial installation. The warranty excludes failure resulting from misuse,
accident, neglect, wear and tear, unapproved component modifications and immersion in water.
Approved/ Hybrid Combinations

Many ENDOLITE components are based on industry recognised interfaces. When other
manufacturers' components are used in conjunction with ENDOLITE components, the prescriber/
assembler must ensure that an appropriate risk assessment is carried out prior to providing the
finished prosthesis for use. Other manufacturer's approved combinations are detailed within
